November 2010 - Dive Magazine Front Cover UK
I was pleased to have one of my images used for the front cover of Dive Magazine in the UK. An image I took a few years ago above the Liberty Wreck at Tulamben Bali.
October 2010 – Rowley Shoals Western Australia
After many months of planning I made my first trip to the infamous Rowley Shoals. This time just a short trip but longer ones are planned for the future. Many thanks to my friends at Fisheries for the opportunity. I can’t thank enough the crew of the PV Walcott for their hospitality and patience. A special thank you to Geoff Paynter for accompanying me at such short notice .
October 2010 – Ambon Indonesia
After several weeks back in Fremantle I was pleased to be invited to Dive Maluku in Ambon. Not an area I have dived before. I had a great time with a very experienced group leader and friend Graham Abbott from Diving 4 Images and a fantastic group of experienced divers. The brief was slugs (Nudibranchs) and Critters.
A great thank you to Andy Shorten, Marcel Hagendijk and all the staff who looked after us beautifully. The Resort has only recently moved and I must say that they have done a fantastic job. They’ve got some great sites and critters here!
July 2010 - Egyptian Red Sea
After a few weeks catching up with family and friends in the UK. I Joined Martin and Sylvia Edge on the Liveaboard “MV Hurricane” out of the Egyptian Port of Sharm el Sheikh. It was great to get back to the Red Sea and catch up with a boat full of Photog friends from past trips. We spent most of our time around Ras Mohammed, The Alternatives, Jackfish Alley and the Tiran Islands. Four years since I’ve been to the Red Sea, I’d forgotten how good it was
June 2010 - Article in Sport Diving
I am pleased to have a five page article published in Sport Diving. The article covers the amazing island of Misool . Raja Ampat is an amazing area and I’m looking forward to running my Art of Underwater Photography workshop there in February 2012
April 2010 - Exmouth Western Australia
A trip up to Exmouth with fellow photographers Mick Tait and Mick Eidam. Mick T. was good enough to tow his boat “Deep Attraction” as our dive platform for the two week trip. No mean feat with it being a 3000km round trip. A great thank you to local residence Ross (Gudge) and Mary Gudgeon for there help, advice and hospitality during our stay. The visability wasn’t the best but I was happy with the resulting images. One day I’ll get good viz on Ningaloo!
February - March 2010 - Sydney, Melbourne and Tasmania trip
During the last week of February to mid March i joined up again with fellow photographer Alex Mustard www.amustard.com for a 3 week photo trip. We spent a week in Sydney, 6 days on the Mornington Peninsula south of Melbourne and 7 days in Tasmania. Many thanks to all the people who helped us on our trip especially Jayne and Colin in Sydney. February 2010 - Exhibition at Sittingroom Gallery Cowaramup.
My Fine Art work is being exhibited at the Sittingroom Gallery in Coweramup just outside Margaret River. The images will be on sale from February onwards.
January 2010 - Lankayan Island Borneo
Lankayan not an Island I’ve dived before. Despite challenging visability it was a fantastic experience made by the presence of matting Cuttlefish. Despite the island being nesting area for Green and Hawksbill turtles alas there was not many to be found on the dive sites.

December 2009 - Mount Gambier
After a long drive across the Nularbour with a few days stop at Edithburgh on the Yorke Peninsula, we arrived in Mount Gambier. For my second attempt at Cave photogaphy. I think i’m improving. getting used to carrying twin tanks and all the other equipment required.

August 2008 - Abrolhos Islands Trip for The Department of Fisheries
I spent a week in the Abrolhos Islands shooting images for Fisheries. I had fantastic weather and came back with some great images, some of which will be part of the Sea Faces exhibition (see Exhibitions) in December and January. Many thanks to Anne Storrie, Matt Robinson, Mark Killick, Greg Finlay and David Griffiths for all their help and support. A special thanks to Bruce Mackay for organising this trip for me.
